The landscaper will be scheduled for weekly maintenance on Wednesday, weather permitting. The pool technician will be scheduled for weekly maintenance on Friday. If you have a pet, please make sure they're safely tucked inside.

Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted to be on the property unless the host is notified and approves the additional guests in advance. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. Host reserves the right to discontinue reservation if quiet hours rules are violated and penalties may apply.

There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Noiseaware sensors can be found inside and outside of the property. The purpose of these sensors is to notify hosts if the noise is sustained above a certain threshold. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.

No smoking is permitted inside the home. Smoking is only allowed outside. All windows/doors must be closed and all cigarette butts disposed of properly. Vomit, stool, or blood on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning and will result in extra fees.

There is a pet fee of $100 which covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized prior to check-in.

Smart home thermostats are available for guests. Windows/doors must be shut while running heat/AC. Temperature can be adjusted on-site, but temperature limits are set.

Pool Rules: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass is allowed in the pool area.

The pool/spa can be heated upon request, but fees may fluctuate based on the current market price to compensate for the rising SDGE natural gas prices. Please inquire about current pricing and promotions. The pool and spa heater are remotely operated on a smart device by the host. Please let the host know in advance, preferably at the time of booking, if you would like pool or spa heating. Note that it can take up to ten hours to heat the pool to 82 degrees, especially if it is cold outside. Fees must be paid before heating can commence.

Do not tamper with pool equipment. Weekly pool cleaning is every Friday. Our pool technician has been instructed to knock on the door before he goes into the backyard, but if no one answers the door, he will get started on cleaning the pool. Please do not burn objects or drop food items on the outdoor fire table. The space

Living Room:

As soon as you step in, you’re greeted by the home's perfect blend of style and comfort. An energetic color palette, fun artwork, and luxury vinyl plank floors span the entire home. You’ll immediately want to relax on the leather sofa or oversized chairs with a favorite beverage. The fireplace brings an intimate atmosphere and reminds you to make yourself at home. Movie night awaits on the 55” smart TV; if game night is your preference, there’s also a Nintendo console where you can enjoy all the classic games you used to play as a kid!

Kitchen/Dining:

The living room opens to the chef’s kitchen and dining room with seating for six. A high-end six-burner commercial gas stovetop with a convection oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, and miles of counter space make cooking a breeze. You’ll be eager to make breakfast before exploring O’side or prepare a multi-course gourmet meal for your next dinner party. There’s additional seating at the kitchen peninsula so you and your loved ones can chat over a glass of wine during meal prep. Pay a visit to your personal coffee/tea station to fuel your itinerary planning; it comes stocked with a Keurig, an electric kettle, and a selection of quality coffee and tea. The large dining table is also perfect for board or card games, which you’ll find in the adjoining game room.

Backyard:

This backyard is truly a private retreat. On almost an acre of land, there’s plenty of seclusion and room to play for adults, kids, and pets alike. A heated pool, spa, and firepit summon you, making your stay enjoyable during any season. There’s at least a full day (and more likely multiple days) of activities to be enjoyed here. Catch some rays on any of our lounge chairs, relish in a photo op on top of a giant inflatable unicorn, perfect your cannonball technique in the enormous 10 ft deep pool, or sip margaritas with friends for happy hour around the outdoor conversation set. The front yard features a newly added and super fun playground and mini-golf.

Warm up on cold nights around the fire pit and enjoy al fresco meals around the outdoor dining table. Be sure to find time for the horseshoe pit behind the pool which also features a great space to play cornhole! At night, the light show begins with soothing, color-changing LED lights illuminating the pool and backyard. Finish the evening with s’mores by the fire or a nightcap and stargazing in the relaxing spa.

Game Room:

When you need a break from the sun, find endless laughter and entertainment for the whole family in the game room, which features a ping pong table, pool table, foosball, dartboard, classic board games, and another smart TV! Additional sleeping arrangements can be found here as well with the kid-favorite twin bunk bed over a full-size futon! Wood-beam ceilings and vibrant blue walls with classic red accents prove design was not an afterthought in this room. The eclectic game room provides the perfect backdrop to capture lasting memories with the ones you love.

Bedrooms:

Four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own charm and plenty of storage for luggage will ensure everyone has a relaxing stay. The main bedroom features a king bed, while two of the bedrooms provide comfy queen beds, with a queen-over-queen bunk bed that can be found in the fourth bedroom. You will find a twin over a full-size bed in the game room in addition to premium self-inflating air mattresses for extra guests. Hotel-quality bedding and cozy mattresses await you when you’re ready to rest your head after a day full of adventuring. If you need a bit of quiet time away from the larger group, every bedroom also has a smart TV so you can catch up on your favorite show cozied up on any of our comfortable mattresses. Extra fresh linens are always available to accommodate additional guests.

Bathrooms:

Two large and lavish three-piece bathrooms, fully stocked with toiletry essentials, are perfect for washing off the little ones at the end of the day or preparing for a night out on the town. A stand-up shower with a rainfall showerhead can be found in the master suite, and a tub-shower combo with a stylish dual-vanity sink can be found in the second bathroom. Plenty of extra clean towels are provided!

Fitness Room:

You can still maintain your fitness goals while on vacation! Enjoy a full gym in the comfort of your own home. The garage includes a squat rack, barbell w/ rubber plates, adjustable bench, dumbells, pull-up bar, yoga mats, and a top-of-the-line treadmill for a great cardio workout!

Parking/Laundry:

The convenience of garage parking for two cars and a full-size washer/dryer makes this a natural choice for long-term or short-term stays. Additional cars can be parked in the driveway and there is also plenty of street parking.
